Paris, France, February 2025 – Agnieszka Walencik has joined Capgemini as the Head of Talent Management, leveraging her extensive expertise in learning and development, organizational design, and HR strategy. In her new role, Agnieszka will focus on advancing Capgemini’s talent initiatives, fostering innovation in workforce strategies, and driving growth through employee development and engagement.
Agnieszka’s career at Capgemini began as a Learning and Development Specialist, where she implemented learning strategies and delivered training programs. She rose through the ranks to become a Learning and Development Manager, designing and executing development programs aligned with global HR and business priorities. Later, as an HR Business Partner, she provided strategic HR guidance, supported business agendas, and led HR strategy implementation.
Prior to her current appointment, Agnieszka served as an HR Manager at Capgemini Engineering, where she successfully managed HR operations and supported talent initiatives, contributing to organizational excellence. In addition, she dedicated a year as a Volunteer with Salezjański Wolontariat Misyjny Młodzi Światu, serving in Bolivia, which showcased her commitment to making a difference both professionally and personally.
Earlier in her career, Agnieszka held roles at G2A.COM and Aon Hewitt, where she was instrumental in creating and implementing HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, and development programs. These experiences equipped her with a broad skill set in HR management, organizational development, and leadership.
Agnieszka’s foundation in HR and development was further strengthened through her leadership roles in Talent Tailors and her academic background, which has enabled her to successfully manage diverse teams and drive impactful initiatives across various organizations.
