Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Alex Howe has been named the Head of People Development at Scania UK, marking the latest milestone in his distinguished career. In this strategic role, Alex will drive leadership development, talent management, and cultural transformation to support Scania UK’s continued growth and innovation in the automotive industry.
Alex brings over two years of experience at Scania UK, where he previously served as Leadership Development Manager, spearheading initiatives to enhance organizational capability through leadership and blended learning programs. His contributions included fostering psychological safety and facilitating team development.

Before joining Scania UK, Alex held multiple leadership roles at MSX International, including Network Development Lead – Retailer Learning Services for Volkswagen Group UK. In this position, he managed retailer learning strategies, contributing significantly to customer and employee engagement.
Alex also served as Customer Experience Programme Manager at Renault UK, where he was responsible for implementing strategies that improved customer service and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, Alex honed his skills at prominent organizations such as Volkswagen UK, Audi UK, and City Motor Holdings, gaining expertise in aftersales management, leadership development, and talent cultivation.
