Gujarat, India, January 2025 – Amit Barve has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in solar technology manufacturing. With over two decades of leadership experience across renewable energy, automation, and fertilizers, Amit will spearhead Rayzon Solar’s strategic growth initiatives and reinforce its commitment to sustainable energy solutions. His focus will be on expanding market presence and driving innovation in solar technology.
Before joining Rayzon Solar, Amit Barve held leadership roles at Panasonic for approximately five years, where he served as BU Head – Solar and Industry Vertical. He was responsible for P&L management, Solar EPC operations, and expanding the company’s solar module exports and product portfolios.

Prior to Panasonic, he was the Head of Business Development at Enerparc Energy for nearly three years, leading market expansion strategies in India and Oman. His earlier experience includes his role as Vice President – Retail Sales and Marketing at eMagazine, where he played a pivotal role in developing the C&I segment and driving marketing initiatives.
Amit also contributed significantly to the solar energy space during his tenure at Mahindra Susten as Head of Business Development – Solar Rooftop Solutions, where he successfully developed market entry strategies and signed the company’s first private power purchase agreement.
