Florida, United States, December 2024 – Amy Herron has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Briefly, where she will oversee strategic people initiatives to support the company’s mission of enabling growth for forward-thinking law firms. In her new role, Amy will focus on enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and change management strategies to drive Briefly’s growth and innovation in legal back-office services.
Amy brings over 25 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience across multiple industries. Before joining Briefly, Amy served as HR Integration Lead at Acosta Group, where she successfully navigated the integration of a 35,000-associate company, doubling the organization’s size. Prior to that, she held the position of Human Resources Consultant at LHH Recruitment Solutions, where she developed and implemented communication strategies for critical business tools.
Amy’s extensive tenure at The Adecco Group includes roles such as SVP HR Operations, North America, ad interim CHRO Americas & UK&I, and VP HR Business Partner Specialty Brands, where she led large-scale HR transformations, developed inclusive leadership strategies, and drove operational excellence. Her earlier career at MPS Group saw her rising from Benefits Administrator to Director of HR, North America, where she implemented robust HR policies and managed key integrations during acquisitions.
