Franklin, Massachusetts, United States, September 2024 – Andrea Adams has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Dean College, where she will oversee all HR operations, guiding employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. With her deep expertise, Andrea is expected to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with the college’s goals.
Prior to this new role, Andrea served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Dean College for over one year. In this position, she focused on enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and organizational strategy, making a significant impact on the institution’s HR landscape.
Before joining Dean College, Andrea spent nearly five years at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where she held various roles, including Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. During her time there, she was instrumental in driving regional HR strategies and overseeing employee development across multiple locations.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the Worcester Art Museum, where she contributed to HR operations by improving recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations. This role helped her refine her HR expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Andrea’s career began in the construction industry, where she served as Human Resources Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Crane and Sons Construction Group for over six years. Additionally, she worked with Permasteelisa North America Corp. as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager for nearly four years, managing large-scale construction projects and developing strong leadership skills.
