New Jersey, United States, December 2025 – Antony Dinesh has been appointed as Head of HR – Americas at LTIMindtree, where he will lead the People function across the USA, Canada, and LATAM regions. In his new role, Antony will be responsible for aligning HR operations with organizational goals, driving employee engagement strategies, and streamlining processes to support the company’s growth in the Americas.
Antony Dinesh brings nearly two decades of HR leadership at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he most recently served as Deputy HR Head – USA based in New Jersey. In this role, he shaped a high-performance culture and led HR operations, focusing on organizational development, talent management, compliance, compensation, and legal risk mitigation.
Prior to that, Antony was the Regional HR Head – US Pacific Region, where he drove key HR strategies in California. Before his US assignments, he held the position of Cluster HR Head for Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Services & Energy Resources, overseeing large verticals from the Greater Delhi Area.
Earlier, Antony held a long and impactful tenure as Head – HR, TCS Africa, based in Johannesburg, where he led all HR functions including skills development, employment equity, and expat-local compensation strategies. He was also Head of Talent Acquisition – Chennai, managing campus and lateral hiring for one of TCS’s largest delivery regions.
Before joining TCS, Antony worked in HR leadership roles at EFX (a division of Prasad Group) and HCL, where he began his career as a management trainee and gained broad exposure to HR and welfare functions.
