Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, October 2024 – Biji Banu has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Rezayat Group, an international diversified enterprise. In her new role, Biji will lead HR transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and strategic human resource planning, playing a pivotal role in shaping Rezayat Group’s HR strategies to support its global operations.
Prior to joining Rezayat Group, Biji Banu worked at SGK as a Human Resources Business Partner for 2 years, where she was instrumental in overseeing talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, and payroll administration. She also led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Before SGK, Biji spent over 3 years at CNSI as a Deputy Manager – Human Resources, where she managed the recruitment lifecycle for both junior and senior positions, including sourcing, employee referrals, and internal job postings. She also spearheaded campus hiring initiatives and recruitment management information systems reporting.
Earlier in her career, Biji worked as a Consultant – Human Resources at CNSI, focusing on senior-level recruitment for the healthcare domain. She also held the position of Assistant Manager – HR at CNSI, handling a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Her contributions significantly improved the company’s HR policies and enhanced employee satisfaction.
