Westchester County, New York, June 2024 – Bill Ross has joined Krasdale Foods Inc. as the new Head of Human Resources. In his new role, Bill will define and shape the people strategy and ensure a positive and inclusive culture, leading and designing human capital solutions that support the business and enable all associates to perform at their highest level.
Bill brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development. Before joining Krasdale Foods Inc., he was the Principal at Perpetual HR from 2023 to June 2024, where he helped businesses solve problems, transform, and change. His engagements included supporting operational transformation, developing programs to enhance the employee experience, revitalizing onboarding programs, and revising employee handbooks and policies.
Prior to Perpetual HR, Bill served as Chief Human Resources Officer and EVP Organizational Development at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. He led HR, organizational development, and safety across company operations, overseeing a warehouse transformation to expand operations by 40% and improve order accuracy. He also built out talent acquisition capabilities to grow headcount by 50%, from 800 to 1,200 employees, and successfully integrated new companies to ensure business continuity and meet customer demand.
Bill spent five years at The Nature’s Bounty Co., where he held several roles, including Vice President of People Operations (2018-2019), Vice President of Global Human Resources (2017-2018), and Vice President of Human Resources (2016-2017). In these positions, he provided oversight and strategic insight for the People Operations function globally, created and innovated HR practices to instill a culture of engagement, and supported organizational growth.
Before his time at The Nature’s Bounty Co., Bill worked at Nestlé Waters for 15 years, where he held various HR leadership roles. His last position was as National HR Director, Direct Delivery (2012-2013), where he led HR for all direct delivery operations across the U.S., focusing on organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and continuous improvement.
Bill’s early career included roles at BP and Mylan Pharmaceuticals, where he built the HR department at a 300-employee operation due to business acquisition, focusing on employee relations, benefits, and safety.
