Denver, Colorado, United States, March 2025 – Cali Caes has been promoted to Director of People & Culture at Donor Alliance. In this new role, she will lead strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture to support the nonprofit’s mission of saving lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
Cali Caes has been an integral part of Donor Alliance for nearly a decade, having held multiple key roles in human resources. Prior to her promotion, she served as Human Resources Manager, where she played a vital role in talent management, HR policy development, and employee relations. Before that, she was Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, contributing significantly to the company’s workforce strategies.
Before joining Donor Alliance, Cali worked at Dumb Friends League as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting recruitment, benefits administration, and employee development. She also served as Human Resources/Benefits Manager at Mintz Group, where she specialized in benefits management and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Cali gained recruitment and talent management experience as a Recruiter at Update Legal and Talent Manager at Pro Staff, where she focused on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
