Stow, Ohio, United States, October 2024 – Carla Fitzpatrick has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Good Place Holdings (GPH). In her new role, Carla will lead the human resources strategy across GPH’s portfolio of organizations, including SDMyers, PowerPro 360, On Now Digital, The Good Place Institute, Living Farms, and Redemptive Properties. She will oversee talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of creating a flourishing environment for its employees and community.
Carla joins GPH from Audio-Technica, where she spent over five years, most recently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources and Information Technology. In this role, she provided strategic leadership for HR and IT functions, aligning resources to achieve long-term goals in the Americas.
Prior to Audio-Technica, Carla served as HR Manager and Business Strategy Coordinator at Anderson International Corp, where she was responsible for developing HR programs and policies to enhance operational efficiency. Her earlier experience also includes roles as HR Manager and Interim Purchasing Manager at Anderson International Corp and HR & Administrative Manager at The Pattie Group Inc., where she successfully implemented several cost-saving measures and earned the company a Northcoast99 Top Workplace award.
