Albany, New York, United States, August 2024 – Carla Mastriano has taken on the role of CHRO – Associate Executive Director of People and Culture at Living Resources. In this position, Carla will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on enhancing the work environment, improving employee engagement, and supporting the overall mission to provide life-enhancing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Carla previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Integra HR, LLC for over two years, where she provided HR consulting services to various clients, focusing on strategic HR management and compliance.
Before that, she held the role of Principal Human Resources Professional at Fluor Marine Propulsion for seven years. In this role, she managed HR operations, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR policy development.
Carla also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Saratoga HR Solutions for nearly five years, where she provided expert HR guidance, particularly in organizational development and workforce planning.
In addition to these roles, Carla has over a decade of experience in various HR positions at institutions like The Sage Colleges, Siena College, and MVP Health Care, where she specialized in employee relations, compensation, and wellness programs.
