In her new role, Carly will lead the company’s people strategies, focusing on fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and excellence across the organization.
Carly joined Peachtree Group in February 2024 as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing talent acquisition processes and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals. Her contributions have been instrumental in building a robust pipeline of talent and strengthening employer branding initiatives.
Before joining Peachtree Group, Carly served as Executive Recruiter and HR Consultant at Needle in a Kaystack, where she specialized in executive search and HR consulting for the venue management and hospitality sectors. Prior to that, she held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cobb Galleria Centre for over eight years, where she managed HR functions across multiple entities, including recruitment, training, compensation, and compliance.
Carly’s earlier career includes roles as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Trans Inns Management Company, overseeing HR for 14 hotels across eight states, and as Director of Human Resources at The Riverside Hotel, where she managed all HR functions for a full-service hotel and real estate company. Her extensive experience in hospitality and HR leadership positions her as a valuable asset to Peachtree Group.
