Charles Hobeila brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning HR, business transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Sun Life, he served as Director – Trade Finance Business Support & Change at TD Securities, where he led cross-functional teams in driving business process improvements, implementing change management strategies, and fostering innovation in trade finance operations.
At TD Securities, Charles held several pivotal roles, including Senior Manager Change – Corporate Lending & Trade Finance and Senior Manager, Global Trade Finance Operations, where he spearheaded engineering change management initiatives and organizational transformations across international markets.
Earlier in his career, Charles gained extensive expertise in strategic planning and process optimization at National Bank of Canada, Intact, and Uniboard Canada. His contributions in these roles focused on enhancing operational efficiencies, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and mentoring cross-functional teams.
