Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – L.E.K. Consulting has announced the appointment of Darshana Pachisia as Human Resources Director, India and Middle East. In this key role, Darshana will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development efforts across India and the Middle East, supporting business growth and employee engagement in these critical regions.
Before stepping into her new role, Darshana served as Human Resources Director for L.E.K. Consulting’s Global Education Practice, where she was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the firm’s education consulting division worldwide. She also held the role of Talent Business Partner for Southeast Asia, playing a crucial role in driving people strategies, talent development, and employee experience across the region.
Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, Darshana spent over five years at Piramal Enterprises Ltd., where she held multiple leadership positions in talent management and learning & development. As Senior Manager, Talent Management, she led employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, and HR transformation efforts. She also served as Chief Manager, Learning and Talent, where she played a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture and workforce capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Darshana worked at RSM Astute Consulting as an HR Audit Executive, where she gained extensive experience in HR compliance, workforce analytics, and process improvement.
With a strong academic background, Darshana holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loreto College.
