Spring, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Dave Beehler has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Pinnacle MEP, marking a significant leadership addition to the fast-growing mechanical engineering solutions provider. In his immediate prior assignment, Beehler served for nearly two years as Chief Financial Officer at Ruff Roofers, a private-equity-backed platform company in the United States. In this role, he was responsible for enterprise financial leadership, performance management, and financial governance, helping drive operational discipline and scalable financial systems in a high-growth environment.
Before that, Beehler spent close to four years as Senior Vice President – Finance at Smart Care Equipment Solutions, a Wind Point Partners–backed platform company. Here, he led majority finance functions including accounting and controls, FP&A, treasury, risk management, shared services, and commercial finance, while playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions, diligence processes, and the successful sale of the business from Audax Private Equity to WPP.
A significant portion of his career was shaped during a long tenure of nearly a decade at Ecolab, where he held multiple senior finance leadership roles including Vice President – Finance, Global Textile Care, and Vice President & Controller – Equipment Care Division. At Ecolab, Beehler led global finance operations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, delivering operating income improvements, driving process standardization, and supporting global acquisitions and growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Beehler held progressive leadership roles at Affiliated Computer Services, Nokia, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, building deep expertise in investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, financial controllership, audit, and enterprise financial governance—forming the foundation of his reputation as a transformation-oriented finance leader.
