Singapore, September 2024 – Dr. Harshad Jadhav embarks on a new role at Smith+Nephew as the Senior Director-HR and Senior Strategic HR Business Partner for Sports Medicine in International Markets. This position marks a significant step in Dr. Jadhav’s continued journey with Smith+Nephew, demonstrating his commitment to strategic human resource development across global markets.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Jadhav served nearly 4 years as Director of Strategic HR Business Partner for South Asia & ASEAN, including regions like India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with the business objectives for these markets.
Before joining Smith+Nephew, Dr. Jadhav was at Galderma, where he spent about 2 years as the Head of Human Resources in Mumbai, driving strategic HR initiatives. Following this, he held significant positions at HDFC Bank as a Senior Manager of Human Resources for nearly a year, and at Ultratech Cement, where he contributed for over 2 and a half years in various capacities within HRM and LR, focusing on talent management and organizational development.
His earlier experiences also include a role as a Senior Manager in HR (Organization Development) at Cummins India Limited for less than a year, which followed a rich tenure of various strategic HR functions that underpinned his extensive expertise in the field.
