Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2024 – Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) is thrilled to welcome Dr. Norma Tirado-Kellenberger as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Dr. Tirado-Kellenberger will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusivity, resilience, and a sense of belonging. As a member of the senior leadership team, she will contribute to aligning HR practices with ACCESS’s mission of providing compassionate and equitable healthcare to vulnerable communities across Chicagoland.
Dr. Tirado-Kellenberger brings over a decade of leadership experience in human resources, organizational transformation, and talent development. Before joining ACCESS, she served as Vice President of Culture and Associate Experience at Centura Health, where she played a key role in driving culture change and enhancing employee engagement. Her efforts focused on strategic HR planning and building a robust employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Prior to Centura Health, Dr. Tirado-Kellenberger held several transformative leadership roles at Spectrum Health, including Senior Vice President, Team Member Experience and Talent Development, where she oversaw workforce analytics, talent development, and culture transformation across the organization. Her tenure also included leading HR initiatives at Spectrum Health Lakeland as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services, where she was instrumental in integrating HR functions with IT to streamline operations.
Her career began at Lakeland Regional Health System, where she spent a decade as Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology, pioneering initiatives that aligned HR strategies with organizational goals. Her innovative approach to employer branding, compensation, and talent acquisition earned her recognition for advancing HR practices in the healthcare sector.
