Roxboro, NC, United States, May 2025 – Emily M. has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at CenterEdge Software, a leader in technology solutions for the entertainment and amusement industry. In her new capacity, she will oversee HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development initiatives to support the company’s growth and innovation across its U.S. operations and remote teams.
Before being promoted to CHRO, Emily served as Human Resources Director at CenterEdge Software for over a year, where she played a critical role in scaling people operations and aligning HR programs with the business’s agile, customer-centric culture.
Earlier, Emily held multiple roles at Advance Auto Parts, including HR Manager and Associate HR Program Manager, where she spearheaded global HR programs for the finance division and launched internship and early talent programs. Her tenure was marked by strategic HR alignment and impactful talent development.
Her prior experience includes strategic HR project management roles at Credit Suisse, program development at VMware, and client-facing roles in both public and private sectors such as NC Department of Health and Human Services and FHI. Emily’s expertise spans workforce planning, HR analytics, employee engagement, and performance management.
