New York, United States, October 2025 — Charlie Health has announced the appointment of Eugenie Fanning as Vice President Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent development efforts, supporting Charlie Health’s mission to provide personalized, evidence-based behavioral health care.
Eugenie brings nearly two decades of human resources leadership across technology, health, and consumer sectors. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HRBPs at Charlie Health, where she strengthened HR operations and employee experience during a period of growth and transformation.
Prior to Charlie Health, she was Senior Director of Human Resources at Foursquare, where she played a key role in developing people programs for engineering, product, and corporate teams across the U.S. and globally. Before that, she held the role of VP of People at SquareFoot, where she oversaw HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives for the fast-growing real estate technology firm.
Earlier in her career, Eugenie contributed as VP, People at Kinnek and as Director, People Operations at Integral Ad Science, where she also served as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Her leadership helped shape HR frameworks that supported global teams across engineering, data science, finance, and legal functions.
She began her HR journey with roles at Nordstrom’s HauteLook and Hyatt Regency Greenwich, where she gained early exposure to payroll, compliance, employee relations, and training. These foundational experiences laid the groundwork for her future success in HR leadership roles across industries.
Her appointment as Vice President Human Resources at Charlie Health underscores the company’s commitment to building a strong organizational culture and attracting top talent to advance its mission of delivering life-saving behavioral health care.
