With over 30 years of experience in Specialty Chemicals, Paints & Coatings, APIs, and Fertilizers, Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge in business integration, supply chain management, manufacturing, and leadership.
Prior to joining Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd., Gaurav Mathur was a Freelance CEO/MD for approximately 1 year and 2 months, where he provided strategic consulting and leadership guidance across various industries.
Before that, he served as Managing Director at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited for about 2 years and 4 months, where he led the company’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Gaurav was also the Joint Managing Director at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited for approximately 1 year and 4 months, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and driving business growth.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Head API Operations, Asia Pacific, Israel & Europe at Teva Pharmaceuticals for about 1 year and 1 month, overseeing API operations across multiple regions.
He was the Managing Director and VP at Teva API India & China for approximately 2 years and 4 months, leading API operations and strategic development in India and China.
Gaurav also has extensive experience from his time at AkzoNobel, where he served as Global Director, Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives for about 1 year and 8 months and as Global Operations Director for approximately 3 years and 5 months, focusing on operational excellence and supply chain management.
