Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Girish Khemani has joined Incedo Inc. as Head of Architecture & AI Transformation for Capital Markets, marking a significant move in his technology leadership journey. In this role, he will focus on driving large-scale technology transformation, modern architecture, and delivering business impact through AI@Scale in complex financial services environments.
Girish Khemani joins Incedo Inc. with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and financial services technology. Most recently, he served as Head of Architecture at OSTTRA, where he led architecture strategy for FX, securities, and enterprise technology, playing a key role in building next-generation post-trade services platforms.
Prior to this, he spent over a decade with Fidelity International, where he held multiple leadership roles including Director – Architecture (UK & CE Financial Services Technology India) and Associate Director – Architecture. During this tenure, he led architecture and engineering services for investment platforms, advisory, and workplace investing functions, driving innovation and scalability across financial systems.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Solution Architect at Adobe India, contributing to enterprise solution design, and began his professional journey as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, building a strong foundation in software engineering and technology development.
With deep expertise in enterprise architecture, domain-driven design, and technology transformation, Girish brings a strong capability to bridge business and technology strategies in highly complex financial ecosystems.
