Maldives, December 2024 – Giselle Encinareal has assumed the role of Director of Talent & Culture at Siyam World, a renowned luxury resort in the Maldives. In this capacity, Giselle will oversee all aspects of talent management and cultural initiatives, ensuring a thriving, engaged workforce that aligns with Siyam World’s vision of delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Giselle’s journey at Siyam World began in 2022, when she joined as Talent & Culture Manager. During her tenure, she spearheaded key initiatives in employee engagement, succession planning, and team development, helping foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Prior to joining Siyam World, Giselle served as Human Resources Manager (Pre-opening) at Radisson Blu, where she played a pivotal role in the pre- and post-opening phases, ensuring smooth operations and strategic talent acquisition.
Her professional journey also includes a remarkable tenure at Minor International, where she contributed to the rebranding efforts as Assistant Manager Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee welfare.
Giselle has also held significant roles at leading hospitality brands, including PER AQUUM Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, and Sun Siyam Olhuveli, where she was part of multiple pre-opening and rebranding teams, bringing valuable expertise in building and nurturing high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
