Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Jigar Undavia has been appointed as the Human Resource Director at Schreiber Foods, where he will lead the HR function and contribute to the company’s global vision of delivering excellence through food. Based in Mumbai, Jigar will oversee strategic HR initiatives and talent management, aligning with Schreiber Foods’ mission to foster growth and innovation.
With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Jigar brings expertise in transformation, organizational design, performance management, and compliance, making him a valuable addition to Schreiber Foods.

Jigar Undavia most recently served as Transformation Director at Buckman, where he focused on driving people-centric transformations and aligning advanced HR practices with business goals across the Asia region.
Prior to that, he spent nearly 11 years as Country HR Head at Yanfeng, leading corporate HR functions for multiple manufacturing and technical facilities. His contributions included organizational redesign, process optimization, and implementing competency mapping and performance management systems.
He also held leadership roles at Ahlstrom-Munksjö, Adani Power, and Ultratech Cement, where he spearheaded HR policy development, workforce planning, and compliance initiatives.
