Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Urban Frame has announced the appointment of Joel Sunny as General Manager – Developments. He joins the knowledge-based design firm as it continues to expand its portfolio of forward-looking and sustainable projects. In this role, he will contribute to strengthening Urban Frame’s development capabilities across healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use environments.
Prior to joining Urban Frame, Joel Sunny served as Manager | Developments at Colliers, where he was part of the Project Management Division overseeing healthcare and hospitality projects in Bengaluru from inception to completion. His work involved end-to-end development coordination and execution across complex project environments.
Earlier, he spent nearly five years at Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital as Manager Projects, leading a large-scale hospital renovation and expansion program that added significant bed capacity and advanced medical infrastructure. He also held project coordination roles at BlueBox Architects and began his career as a Civil Engineer at Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital, building strong foundations in project execution from conception to handover.
