Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Raj Kiran Chithari Amaravathi has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Atlas Sani-Tech, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the organization. In his new role, he will lead the company’s mission to advance sustainable waste management and sanitation solutions through innovative and eco-friendly technologies.
Prior to his elevation to CEO, Raj Kiran Chithari Amaravathi served as General Manager at Atlas Sani-Tech, where he played a key role in driving operational and strategic initiatives in the sanitation sector. Before joining Atlas Sani-Tech, he worked as Deputy General Manager at Vilasini Housing, contributing to efforts focused on accelerating sustainable sanitation solutions in India while supporting business growth and operational development.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years at Tide Technocrats Private Limited in multiple leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager – Projects, Senior Manager – Projects, Manager – Purchase, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. During this period, he led major project commissioning initiatives, implemented operational efficiencies, and strengthened procurement and manufacturing processes.
He also held engineering leadership roles at Kirloskar Pneumatic and Oerlikon, where he focused on manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and lean operational practices, building a strong technical and managerial foundation.
Raj Kiran Chithari Amaravathi holds an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from the Indian School of Business and an MBA in Strategic Management & Corporate Entrepreneurship from the National University of Singapore.
