Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, April 2026 — Katya Hall has started a new role with The Hershey Company as Head of Commercial Information Systems in the United States. In this position, she is responsible for enabling Hershey’s growth and transformation through technology in partnership with the commercial organization across sales and marketing. Her appointment marks an important leadership move as the company continues to strengthen its commercial technology capabilities in support of business growth.
Before joining The Hershey Company, Katya Hall built a substantial leadership career at McKesson, where she spent nearly seven years across a series of senior technology and data roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer, Health Systems Segment, where she was accountable for end-to-end strategy, delivery, and operations for a major technology portfolio. In that role, she led a large organization supporting more than 120,000 internal and external users, helped drive significant savings, and led initiatives across customer experience transformation, analytics modernization, AI-enabled commercial advantage, and technology modernization supporting major health system customers.
Earlier at McKesson, she served as Head of Data Product Management, where she established enterprise data product strategy, roadmap, and monetization models while launching governed reusable data services and enterprise data governance capabilities. Prior to that, she was Head of Analytics Portfolio, leading analytics efforts across major initiatives including support for Operation Warp Speed during COVID-19 vaccine distribution, while also helping revitalize enterprise analytics governance and modernize predictive modeling and machine learning infrastructure. These assignments reflect strong leadership across data, analytics, AI, governance, and enterprise technology transformation.
Before McKesson, Katya Hall worked at TruStage, where she held roles including Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Science & Analytics, Senior PM Competency Lead, PMO, and IT Manager, Business Office. Across these positions, she built and led high-performing analytics teams, designed governance and risk management frameworks, supported project and transformation leaders, and developed technology-focused training, portfolio metrics, and transparency initiatives for executive stakeholders. This phase of her career helped strengthen her foundation in analytics leadership, project governance, Agile methods, and IT enablement.
Earlier in her journey, she spent nine years at Esker, Inc. as Engagement Manager, where she directed cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles and served as both product owner and strategic delivery lead for enterprise software implementations across healthcare, ERP, and SAP-integrated environments. This experience further broadened her technology and delivery leadership background.
With this broad experience, Katya Hall brings to The Hershey Company a strong and well-rounded leadership profile spanning commercial technology, enterprise systems, analytics, AI, governance, digital transformation, and customer-focused innovation.
