Milford, Connecticut, United States, August 2024 – Lindsay Thompson has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Quantum-Si. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her leadership is expected to drive Quantum-Si’s mission to empower deeper biologic discovery through innovative human resources practices.
Prior to her appointment as CHRO, Lindsay Thompson served as the SVP, Head of People at Quantum-Si for over three years. In this role, she was instrumental in building and expanding the HR team, developing a human resources strategy, and leading core HR functions including talent management, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion. Lindsay successfully grew the company’s headcount by 200% within six months and acted as a key business partner to the leadership team.
Before joining Quantum-Si, Lindsay held the position of Director of HR and HR Operations at 4Catalyzer for over two years. Here, she worked with various companies under the 4Catalyzer umbrella, overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. Her leadership in managing HR programs, compliance, and payroll for multiple companies was pivotal in the organization’s success.
Lindsay also served as an HR Manager at Laurel Road, where she played a key role in implementing and maintaining HRIS systems, managing payroll, and supporting employee relations. Her experience in HR generalist functions, recruitment, and benefits administration was further honed during her tenure as Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Colony Hardware.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist at MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions and as an Associate HR Consultant at Anthem, where she managed HR programs, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
