In this expanded role, Manas will continue to strengthen NAB’s talent acquisition strategy, supporting business growth through scalable, inclusive, and future-ready hiring frameworks across India.
Manas has been associated with NAB for over two years, during which he most recently served as Vice President | People & Culture. In this role, he played a pivotal part in shaping recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent delivery aligned with NAB’s evolving people and culture agenda in India. His elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to lead large-scale talent transformation initiatives and build high-performing recruitment ecosystems.
Prior to joining NAB, Manas held the role of Associate Director | Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, where he led complex hiring programs across consulting and professional services. His career also includes a long and impactful tenure at Evalueserve, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles over eight years, culminating as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition | Analytics & Financial Services. During this period, he successfully built and scaled recruitment teams, supported global analytics and financial services hiring, and drove operational excellence in talent delivery.
Earlier in his career, Manas worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Smart Career, handling end-to-end recruitment across FMCG, financial services, and real estate sectors. With nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership hiring, Manas brings deep domain expertise and a strong people-first approach to his new role.
