Faltischek brings over 20 years of healthcare experience and has been an active board member of Mobile Health
New York, NY, United States – March 2025 – Mobile Health, a leading provider of occupational health, wellness, and compliance services nationwide, has announced the appointment of Kenneth Faltischek as CEO. Faltischek is an experienced healthcare executive and long-term Mobile Health advisor who will lead the company into its next stage of innovation and expansion. Todd Wolf, Mobile Health’s current CEO, will transition into the role of strategic board advisor, supporting its market expansion to rural communities and other opportunities that align with Mobile Health’s long-term vision.

Faltischek brings over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive, leading companies through strategic growth and transformation. He has played a pivotal role in shaping Mobile Health’s strategic direction as a board member and was instrumental in formalizing the recent partnership between Mobile Health and CareConnect, a caregiver-centric human capital management platform. This collaboration has created the first fully integrated applicant tracking, health assessment, and compliance solution for the healthcare industry.

Prior to Mobile Health, Faltischek served as President and COO of Sandata Technologies leading the company’s strategic growth and its acquisition by Accel-KKR. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Preferred Care Home Health Services and is a board advisor to Epiphany Management Group. His investments in HealthOpX and MindsetMaps International reflect his dedication to advancing tech-enabled healthcare services and workforce solutions. Faltischek holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
Wolf will transition into his new role as a strategic board advisor, where he will focus on identifying and executing key market expansion opportunities. “It has been an incredible journey leading Mobile Health, and I am proud of what we have accomplished,” said Wolf. “I look forward to continuing to support the company’s growth and working alongside Ken to ensure a seamless transition.”
