In this new capacity, she will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting Euromonitor International’s continued growth.
Strone’s career spans over two decades in human resources leadership across multinational corporations. Prior to joining Euromonitor International, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Equifax, where she played a key role in leading the people strategy for Equifax Europe’s transformation and growth initiatives. Her leadership was instrumental in implementing employee experience programs, leadership development initiatives, and compensation strategies to drive business objectives.
Before her tenure at Equifax, Strone spent more than a decade at Avon, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Executive Director of Human Resources, Western Europe. During this time, she led a multi-year strategic transformation program, redesigned the company’s sales organization, and introduced HR digitalization strategies. She also served as Global Head of People Services, overseeing HR process centralization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Earlier in her career, Strone held leadership roles at S&P Global and AIG, where she specialized in organizational restructuring, talent management, and HR strategy execution in highly regulated environments. She is also a Council Member at the University of Buckingham, where she contributes to governance, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
