Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, United States, January 2026 — Amit Daga has taken on the role of Chief Business Officer – Healthcare at Neurealm, where he will lead the company’s Healthcare business unit. In his new role, he is responsible for driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing Neurealm’s impact across the healthcare ecosystem, spanning payers, providers, life sciences, and MedTech organizations.
With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and technology services industry, Amit Daga is a seasoned business leader known for shaping growth and transformation across complex, global enterprises. At Neurealm, he will focus on scaling the Healthcare portfolio, aligning technology-led solutions with client outcomes, and positioning the organization as a strategic partner for healthcare enterprises navigating modernization and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Neurealm, Amit Daga served as Senior Vice President – Healthcare Client Services at NTT DATA, Inc., where he led some of the company’s largest and most strategic healthcare payer and provider relationships. In this role, he oversaw the delivery of complex services through a global team of nearly 2,000 professionals, frequently turning around challenged operations, restoring client confidence, and driving measurable business growth.
Earlier at NTT DATA Services, he held the role of Vice President – Healthcare Provider Services, leading revenue growth initiatives for one of the organization’s most complex healthcare clients. Before this, he spent several years at Ricoh USA, Inc. as Vice President – Portfolio Strategy, Marketing and Engineering and Vice President – Business Transformation, where he played a key role in migrating the company from a product-led to a services-led model, building cloud-based subscription offerings, and driving go-to-market strategies across healthcare and insurance verticals.
His career also includes senior leadership roles at Atos, where he served as Senior Vice President – Healthcare Payer Markets and Senior Vice President – Digital Workplace Services and Enterprise Service Management, leading large-scale transformations, improving P&L performance, and managing global teams of over 2,000 professionals. Earlier, he held leadership and strategy roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and Texas Instruments, building deep expertise across enterprise services, operations transformation, and technology-driven business models.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Amit Daga currently serves as Regional Director at the HBS Healthcare Alumni Association, contributing to the broader healthcare leadership community.
He holds an MBA in General Management from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He has also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, further strengthening his strategic and leadership credentials.
