With a wealth of experience in HR transformation and strategic leadership, Tarin is set to enhance QIMA’s human capital framework, aligning it with the company’s mission to offer trusted solutions for quality, safety, and compliance across industries.
Noor Tarin joins QIMA following her tenure as VP of Human Resources at Mitel, where she played a pivotal role in steering HR operations remotely, focusing on workforce optimization and HR technology integration.
Previously, she served as a Consultant at Digital Realty, where she developed and implemented HR initiatives that streamlined organizational efficiency. Her leadership as VP of Talent Development & Enablement at ServiceMax saw her designing and executing global talent strategies, including performance management frameworks, career development pathways, and leadership training programs.
Tarin’s transformative approach was further demonstrated at Veritas Technologies LLC, where she served as Senior Director – People & Purpose Evangelist. She led global learning and development initiatives, transforming performance management systems and establishing consistent leadership coaching and mentoring programs, impacting a global workforce of over 6,500 employees.
Her earlier roles include HR leadership positions at Avaya, where she oversaw organizational change and talent strategies across EMEA, APJ, and India, and Cisco, where she excelled in strategic recruitment and workforce planning.
