Montreux, Vaud, Switzerland, September 2024 – Patricia J. has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Clinique La Prairie. In this role, Patricia will be responsible for leading the HR function and overseeing the company’s human resources strategy and operations.
Patricia J. recently joined Clinique La Prairie as Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2024. She will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to align with the clinic’s goals and enhance organizational performance.
Before joining Clinique La Prairie, Patricia served as Vice-President, Global Head of Human Resources at Ichnos Sciences. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping HR strategies and managing global HR functions, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives.
Prior to Ichnos Sciences, Patricia was Senior Director Human Resources, Head Human Resources (ad interim) at Ichnos Sciences, where she managed HR operations and supported organizational development efforts.
Earlier, Patricia held the position of Human Resources Director Switzerland at Ichnos Sciences, where she focused on developing and executing HR strategies to support business needs.
Before her time at Ichnos Sciences, Patricia was Human Resources Director at Collège Champittet. In this role, she oversaw HR activities and contributed to the development of talent management programs.
Patricia’s career also includes a role as Director of Admissions & Marketing at Collège du Léman – International School, where she led marketing and admissions strategies.
Clinique La Prairie was founded in 1931 by Professor Niehans and is renowned for its pioneering work in cellular therapy and wellness. The clinic offers a range of specialized medical and wellness programs designed to enhance patients’ health and well-being.
