Delhi NCR, India, June 2026 — Imperial Auto Industries has appointed Prashant Srivastava as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In his new role, he will lead the company’s people agenda, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, culture transformation, and workforce capability initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth and business strategy.
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and business transformation, Prashant brings extensive expertise in aligning people strategies with business objectives. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational effectiveness, build leadership capabilities, and implement scalable people practices that support sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining Imperial Auto Industries, Prashant served as Senior Vice President – HR, Administration & CSR at Greenlam Industries Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s rapid expansion through organization design, operational HR, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. During his decade-long tenure, he partnered closely with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capabilities and develop people-centric strategies that supported business transformation.
Before Greenlam Industries, he was Head HR at Orient Electric, where he was responsible for leading the people agenda across multiple strategic business units and manufacturing facilities. In this role, he spearheaded key initiatives around performance management systems, competency frameworks, assessment centers, high-potential identification, succession planning, career development, and talent management, helping institutionalize critical HR processes across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Prashant held several leadership positions at TNT, Schneider Electric, Alstom Power, Powerlinks Transmission Ltd., and Tyco, where he gained deep expertise in organizational restructuring, capability enhancement, employee engagement, workforce transformation, HR governance, and business partnering. Across these roles, he successfully led change management initiatives, designed leadership development interventions, and implemented strategic HR programs that enhanced organizational effectiveness and business performance.
His appointment reflects Imperial Auto Industries’ commitment to strengthening its leadership capabilities and fostering a people-centric culture that supports continued growth and innovation.
