Singapore, March 2025 – Priya Tiruviti has been named Head of Rewards & Performance for Southeast Asia at Accenture, marking a significant milestone in her career as a global compensation and benefits leader. In this new role, she will oversee total rewards strategies, performance management frameworks, and executive compensation structures across the region, driving innovative approaches to employee experience, recognition, and talent development.
Before joining Accenture, Priya was Head of Rewards for North Asia at Citi, where she led compensation strategy and regulatory compliance across multiple markets, managing a USD 1.9 billion total compensation budget spanning 19 countries. Previously, she served as Head of Rewards for South Asia, overseeing a total rewards portfolio covering 25,000 employees, including USD 727 million in payroll, USD 94 million in health and welfare benefits, and USD 78 million in retirement programs. With over a decade of leadership experience at Citi, she has played a pivotal role in compensation transformation projects, regulatory alignment, and designing market-leading rewards programs.
Earlier in her career, Priya led global compensation operations in North America, managing incentive and merit pools totaling USD 4 billion while driving strategic workforce planning and automation initiatives. She has been a key architect in HR transformation projects, including Workday migration and global compensation framework redesign. Her expertise spans executive rewards, benchmarking, talent mobility, and benefits optimization, making her a formidable leader in the total rewards space.
