Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Raunak Singh has joined Entero Healthcare as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO). In his new role, he will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and human resources agenda, supporting Entero Healthcare’s continued expansion as one of India’s largest healthcare distribution platforms.
Prior to joining Entero Healthcare, Singh served as HR Head at Enaltec Labs Pvt. Ltd., where he led the company’s human resources function for nearly four years. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, leadership capability, and people practices that supported the company’s business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier, he spent nearly five years with Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he played a key role in strengthening human resources operations, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational capability across the pharmaceutical business.
Before Medley Pharmaceuticals, Singh worked with Alkem Laboratories Ltd. for over eight years as Senior Manager – HR. During this period, he contributed to multiple strategic HR initiatives spanning talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, HR operations, and business partnering, supporting one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies through significant growth.
With more than 16 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Singh brings extensive expertise in human resources leadership, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, HR transformation, and building high-performing organizations.
