Under his leadership, Ridhira Group will focus on scaling wellness resort communities, launching master-planned developments, and building transformative destinations that blend luxury living with holistic wellness. His mandate also includes expanding Ridhira’s footprint across Indian metros and international markets, shaping a new generation of wellness real estate ecosystems designed to foster balance, connection, and longevity.

Bringing over three decades of global leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and Australia, Philip Logan has held senior positions at EMAAR, Accor, Royal Orchid Hotels, and Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. In India, he is best known for his transformative role at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), where he repositioned it as one of the country’s premier hospitality and MICE destinations, setting new benchmarks in event management, guest experience, and operational excellence. His distinguished career also includes contributions to iconic projects such as Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and London’s 41-story Canary Wharf development, home to the celebrated Bokan restaurant and rooftop bar.

Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder and Managing Director of Ridhira Group, welcomed Logan’s appointment, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Philip Logan to the Ridhira family. His track record of transforming hospitality assets and his visionary leadership align perfectly with our mission to redefine wellness living. With his expertise, we are confident of setting new benchmarks in real estate innovation, luxury living, and community enrichment, not just in India but on a global scale.”

Sharing his vision for the Group, Philip Logan said, “Ridhira’s vision of building wellness-driven communities perfectly aligns with my own philosophy of hospitality and real estate, which goes beyond luxury spaces that inspire healthier living, foster genuine connections, and enrich communities. Together, we aim to deliver transformative experiences that not only meet today’s lifestyle aspirations but also create lasting value for future generations.”

Recognized for his strategic acumen and mentorship-driven leadership, Logan has consistently nurtured emerging leaders in hospitality and real estate, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence. His appointment reinforces Ridhira Group’s commitment to shaping the future of wellness-oriented living through its integrated ecosystem of hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle ventures.
