Arlington, Virginia, United States, January 2025 – Robyn Kilrain has been named the Vice President, People, Culture and Workforce at the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA). In this new role, Robyn will oversee the organization’s talent strategies, cultural initiatives, and workforce development programs to strengthen GCCA’s mission of promoting excellence in temperature-controlled logistics and warehousing worldwide.
Prior to joining GCCA, Robyn served as Head of People & Administration at Nu Look Home Design, where she managed HR functions across multiple territories, drove operational efficiency, and led initiatives in performance management and talent acquisition.

At Leap, she held the role of Head of People, overseeing HR operations during a period of hyper-growth. Robyn successfully scaled the workforce, integrated employees through acquisitions, and transitioned the organization to a fully remote setup in 2023.
Earlier, Robyn contributed her expertise as Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Northrop Grumman, guiding leaders through transformations and implementing large-scale change management programs. She also served as Change Management Manager at Under Armour, where she designed strategies for leadership capability and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Her career includes significant roles at Pearson, Jellyfish, Ratner Companies, and Laureate Education, Inc., where she specialized in HR strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement.
