Saudi Arabia, August 2026 — Aramex has promoted Safia Nawab to the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – GCC & India, recognizing her contributions to the company’s regional talent acquisition strategy and recruitment excellence. In her new role, she will lead talent acquisition initiatives across the GCC and India, supporting Aramex’s continued growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets.
Safia has been with Aramex since 2024, joining as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. During her tenure, she has partnered closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and build high-quality talent pipelines across the region. Her promotion reflects her ability to align recruitment initiatives with business priorities while supporting workforce growth across diverse markets.
Prior to joining Aramex, Safia served as Talent Acquisition and Attraction Deployment Partner at A.P. Moller – Maersk, where she managed the full recruitment lifecycle across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, and Yemen. She cultivated partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and professional networks, advised hiring managers on recruitment best practices, managed applicant tracking systems, developed recruitment forecasting reports, organized career fairs, and successfully led the Great Place to Work certification process for the Saudi Arabia Area. She also completed the SourcePro Certified Recruitment & Sourcing Professional Program, further strengthening her expertise in talent acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Safia spent more than six years at Dar Al-Hekma University, progressing through several roles including Admission & Registration Officer – Graduate Studies, Administrative Assistant, and Teaching Assistant. During this period, she led student recruitment initiatives, organized career and open house events, promoted graduate programs, and managed major university events, including graduation ceremonies. She began her HR career at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital, where she worked as Recruitment Officer/Compensation and Benefits Officer, gaining foundational experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Safia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dar Al-Hekma University, completed between 2015 and 2017, providing a strong academic foundation that complements her practical expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
