Previously, Sallie held pivotal roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Technical Sourcing Recruiter, where she consistently exceeded KPIs and provided critical hiring support across various technical lanes. Her earlier roles include Technical Recruiter/Sourcer at Intuit, where she focused on hiring senior engineering talent, and Technical Sourcer at Facebook, where she contributed to building teams for global data center construction and management.
Sallie also boasts extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and leadership during her tenure at Chief People and Artizen Staffing, where she worked on diverse technical positions and established her expertise in recruitment strategy and process optimization.
