Satyajit Medappa has been with Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited for over five years. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of Human Resources, where he led various HR initiatives, including performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities. His leadership in framing HR policies and institutionalizing best practices has been instrumental in the company’s success.
Before joining Royal Sundaram, Satyajit was the Associate Vice President – HR Business Partner at BankBazaar.com. In this role, he was responsible for driving HR strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals. His tenure at BankBazaar saw significant improvements in HR operations and employee satisfaction.
Prior to BankBazaar, Satyajit worked at Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited as the Senior Assistant Vice President and Head – Human Resources. During his time there, he focused on performance management, training, and development, and played a key role in enhancing the overall HR framework of the company.
