Prior to joining M3M India, Naidu served as the Corporate HR Head at Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction (SP E&C), where he led HR functions with a focus on strategic alignment, compensation and benefits management, and talent acquisition. He also held a key position as the Regional HR Head for Northern India at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he was responsible for HR, administration, and IR across northern India project sites.
