Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, April 2026 — Stojanka Salatovic has started a new position as Global Head of HR, CPET at Indorama Ventures. Her appointment marks an important leadership move in her international HR career and reflects her deep experience across global human resources, compensation and benefits, business partnering, and regional people leadership. In this role, she is set to contribute to the company’s people agenda as Indorama Ventures continues to strengthen relationships across its business and industry ecosystem.
Before joining Indorama Ventures, Stojanka Salatovic built a substantial career at Bata Group, where she most recently served as Vice President HR, Asia Pacific & Latin America. Prior to that, she held the role of Head of HR Asia Pacific & Global Compensation & Benefits, where she combined regional HR leadership with enterprise-wide responsibility in compensation and benefits. Earlier, she also served as Head of HR LATAM & Global Compensation & Benefits, further strengthening her global and regional people leadership profile across diverse markets.
Earlier in her journey at Bata Group, she worked as HR Director Chile & Regional HR LATAM, where she led HR priorities across Chile and the wider Latin America region. She also served as International Compensation & Benefits Manager and International HR Business Partner, gaining extensive exposure to global HR operations, regional leadership, compensation strategy, and cross-border people management. Her career at Bata Group reflects a steady progression through increasingly senior and internationally focused HR mandates.
Prior to Bata Group, Stojanka Salatovic worked at AXA, where she held roles including Head of Internal Service, Internal Service, and Customer Care. These earlier assignments helped build her foundation in people-facing operations, service leadership, and organizational support functions, which later evolved into a strong international HR leadership career.
Across her professional journey, Stojanka Salatovic has developed a strong profile in human resources leadership spanning Asia Pacific, Latin America, and global compensation and benefits responsibilities. Her move to Indorama Ventures brings with it extensive international experience in HR strategy, talent support, regional leadership, and organizational effectiveness, positioning her well for this new global role.
