Before joining Bristlecone, Sudhi Ranganathan served as Vice President – Sales & Client Partner at Tech Mahindra, where he acted as a strategic advisor and client partner for Class 1 Railroad clients in the transportation and logistics sector. In that role, he shaped and executed go-to-market strategies for mainframe and cloud modernization programs and led multi-million-dollar client engagements across end-user computing, data and analytics, and AI-driven automation. His work supported business value realization, cost control, improved network safety, efficiency, and customer experience.
Prior to that, he spent more than nine years at Mindtree Ltd. as Global Client Partner, where he was responsible for client relationship management and business growth across key clients in fintech, payments, banking, and financial services. In this role, he conceptualized, initiated, and implemented technology and business process consulting programs to help customers achieve their strategic goals in a changing business environment.
Earlier, Sudhi Ranganathan worked as Account Director and Client Partner at Aditya Birla Minacs IT Services Limited, where he managed relationships with major clients including a large credit card processor, a premier regional bank, and a mobile commerce products company. He also served as Practice Director at Fortuna Technology, where he led the organization’s offshore testing practice and helped build a QA practice through process improvements and client delivery models. Earlier in his career, he was Business Manager at RelQ Software, where he was entrusted with building the front-end sales and marketing organization and establishing an outsourced QA practice in the U.S. market, particularly in banking and financial services. These roles helped shape a strong foundation in client management, business growth, delivery leadership, and technology consulting.
His career reflects deep experience across sales leadership, client partnerships, consulting, technology modernization, banking and financial services, transportation and logistics, and now supply chain-focused manufacturing transformation. With this broad industry background, Sudhi Ranganathan brings a strong commercial and strategic leadership profile to his new role at Bristlecone.
