Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL) has announced the appointment of Supreeth R as Chief Executive Officer for Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Operations. In this leadership role, he will oversee the strategic growth, operational performance, and market expansion of the company’s Mahindra business operations.
Supreeth brings nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry, with deep expertise in retail sales leadership, dealership operations, and market expansion. In his new role at Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited, he will focus on strengthening the company’s Mahindra dealership operations, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement across key markets.
Prior to joining AMPL, Supreeth served as Zonal Sales Manager at Kia India, where he spent more than seven years leading regional sales initiatives and contributing to the brand’s rapid growth in the Indian automotive market.
Earlier in his career, Supreeth spent over eight years with Mahindra Rise (Mahindra & Mahindra), where he held leadership roles including Deputy Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, gaining extensive experience in sales strategy, dealer network management, and regional business development.
He also held roles with Tata Motors as Territory Manager, Escorts Limited as Territory Business Manager, and International Tractors Limited as Sales Manager, building strong foundations in automotive sales management and customer relationship development across diverse markets.

Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL) was incorporated in 1948 under the leadership of Shri Manubhai Sanghvi and Shri P.P. Sanghvi and has since established itself as one of India’s longstanding automotive dealership groups.
The company initially served as the main dealer for Leyland Motors, UK, marketing its vehicles across the former states of Bombay, Hyderabad, and Saurashtra.
