Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, August 2024 – Tania Trajkovski has recently joined Rapid Circle as the Head of People – ANZ. In her new role, Tania will be responsible for leading the people strategy across the Australia and New Zealand region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
Prior to joining Rapid Circle, Tania served as the Head of People at Whispir for 1 year. At Whispir, she led the People team during a critical period of transition, including the acquisition by Soprano Design and subsequent de-listing from the ASX. Tania was instrumental in consolidating HR systems, enhancing the employee value proposition, and driving merger-related projects such as restructuring and benefits harmonization.
Before Whispir, Tania held the position of People & Culture Leader – Australia at HASSELL for approximately 4 years. In this role, she managed a team of People Advisors and Business Partners for the Australian region, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and organizational redesign in a leading international architecture and design firm. Tania played a key role in implementing the company’s first global engagement survey and co-designed a leadership development program.
Earlier in her career, Tania was an HR Business Partner at Janus Henderson Investors for 1 year. Here, she supported management and employees through the integration phase of a merger, providing end-to-end HR solutions across multiple regions, including EMEA and APAC.
In addition to these roles, Tania has a rich history of HR experience, including positions at Urbis and Darebin City Council, where she developed her expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
