In this expanded role, she will lead HR operations strategy across a multi-state workforce, focusing on transformation, scalability, and enhanced employee experience.
In her current role, Tiffani S. is driving enterprise HR transformation by implementing automation, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. Her focus includes transitioning HR from manual processes to streamlined, system-driven operations, enhancing employee lifecycle experiences, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources Operations at Quantix, where she led centralized HR services for a workforce of over 2,000 employees. During her tenure, she successfully implemented an integrated HRIS platform, digitized HR processes, and led post-acquisition HR integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business objectives.
Earlier, Tiffani S. held the role of Human Resources Director at Plantgistix (acquired by A&R Logistics), where she transformed the HR function from administrative to a strategic business partner. She built HR infrastructure from the ground up, including HRIS implementation, policy development, and compensation frameworks.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Cummins Inc., where she served as Business Manager & Site HR Leader and HR Chief of Staff, contributing to organizational design, talent management, and HR strategy execution. She also held roles in business operations and HR leadership, building a strong foundation in strategic HR and organizational development.
Tiffani S. holds a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University, complementing her extensive experience in HR transformation, operations, and leadership.
