SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, UNITED STATES, June 2026 — Verint has appointed Michelle Rife as Vice President, Global Talent, bringing aboard a seasoned talent leader with more than two decades of experience building and scaling talent acquisition, people operations, workforce planning, employer branding, and global recruiting functions across high-growth technology organizations.
In her new role, Rife will lead Verint’s global talent strategy, helping the company strengthen its ability to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent as it continues to expand its AI-powered customer experience and workforce engagement solutions. Her appointment comes at a time when organizations worldwide are increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to transform both customer and employee experiences.
Prior to joining Verint, Rife operated her own consultancy, Rife Consulting Group, where she advised organizations on modernizing talent acquisition functions, implementing AI-enabled recruiting technologies, improving hiring processes, and developing data-driven talent strategies. Through her consulting work, she helped organizations significantly improve hiring efficiency, reduce agency dependence, enhance candidate experience, and strengthen workforce planning capabilities.
Earlier, she served as Vice President, Global Talent at Branch, where she led global talent functions across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. During her tenure, she helped scale the organization from approximately 300 to 600 employees, strengthened talent operations infrastructure, enhanced workforce planning, launched early-career programs, improved internal mobility, and elevated the company’s employer brand and diversity initiatives.
Rife has also held senior talent leadership positions at several leading technology organizations, including Aurora, where she served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition; Facebook, where she led global recruiting strategy for Product Analytics and Data Science talent; GE Digital, where she served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition; and PlayStation, where she led North American talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
Her extensive career additionally includes leadership roles with BrightEdge, Vendavo, Quixey, and Imperva, where she built and transformed talent acquisition functions, developed global employer branding strategies, implemented scalable recruiting operations, and supported rapid organizational growth, international expansion, and IPO readiness. Throughout her career, she has established a strong reputation for leveraging data, technology, and innovative recruiting practices to build high-performing organizations.
