Vishal Keswani Joins as Associate Director – Total Rewards, International Professional Compensation CoE at PepsiCo

Kraków, Małopolskie, Poland, September 2025 – PepsiCo has announced that Vishal Keswani has taken on the role of Associate Director – Total Rewards, International Professional Compensation Centre of Excellence. In this global position, Keswani will be responsible for executive compensation, job evaluation, long-term incentive programs, and HR transformation across international markets including Europe, AMESA, APAC, and LATAM.

Keswani has been with PepsiCo for over five years, steadily progressing through multiple roles in the Total Rewards function. Most recently, he served as Associate Manager – Total Rewards, leading executive job evaluation and long-term incentive programs across the European sector. In earlier assignments, he worked as Senior Supervisor – Total Rewards and Supervisor – Total Rewards, managing HR analytics, severance projects, HR reporting, and compensation strategies while driving process optimization and transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.

Prior to PepsiCo, Keswani worked with Reliance Industries Limited as an HR Associate in Performance & Rewards, where he contributed to performance management, compensation cycles, HR digitization initiatives, and rewards programs that enhanced employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Keswani gained significant experience with Worley, where he spent more than five years as Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst. In this role, he managed performance management, recognition programs, compensation cycles, and benefits administration while supporting salary planning and reward strategies across the APAC and AMESA regions.

Before that, he worked with Universal Hunt as a Business Consultant, and with Ambe Shree Consultancy as a Recruitment Executive, where he built his foundational expertise in HR consulting and recruitment. He began his career as a Freelance Recruiter with MeritTrac Services, focusing on talent acquisition for multiple industries.

Keswani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from VESIM – Vivekanand Institute of Management Studies and Research.
