Beachwood, Ohio, United States, September 2024 – Kelly Hamilton has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources – Filtration Division and Acquisitions & Divestments at Eaton, where she will lead HR strategies for the filtration division and oversee HR activities for mergers and acquisitions. In her new role, Kelly will work closely with the leadership team to enhance the company’s HR capabilities, especially in driving strategic growth through acquisitions and divestments.
Prior to her promotion, Kelly served as the Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations and HR Acquisitions & Divestments, where she provided global legal direction on employment-related matters. She also led the company’s Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Mergers and Acquisition functions. Her leadership was critical in shaping HR policies across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Eaton, Kelly held the position of Senior Director of Employee Relations at Sherwin-Williams, where she managed the global employee relations function and provided enterprise-level HR support. She was responsible for overseeing HR compliance, employee benefits, and labor relations across several continents, driving a comprehensive HR strategy during her five years at the company.
Her earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Labor and Employment at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where she handled various employment law matters. Kelly also worked as an Associate at Ogletree Deakins and Frantz Ward LLP, specializing in labor and employment law.
